Associate
Jessica Pickens Kelly is a part of the Litigation Group of Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP. Her practice covers a wide variety of litigation matters, including commercial litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation and other litigation matters. Additionally, she focuses a portion of her practice on ad valorem property tax reduction and appeals.
Mrs. Kelly received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law where she served as Vice President of the Business Law Society and worked on the managerial board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. While in law school, Mrs. Kelly received the merit-based Talmadge Law Scholarship and worked for a United States Northern District of Georgia Judge, William Ray III.
Mrs. Kelly received her undergraduate degrees - Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, and Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude - at the University of Georgia where she additionally served as Vice President of the Women in Law Society. She is currently admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia. Mrs. Kelly currently resides in Macon, Georgia and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter in her free time.
