Brian Easley Makes Partner at MPT

Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP is pleased to announce that Brian T. Easley has been named a Partner effective January 1, 2024.

Mr. Easley practices in the Civil Litigation group of Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP. He focuses a significant amount of his practice on representing property owners in eminent domain matters, as well as representing builders and owners in construction litigation. Mr. Easley also serves as counsel to a local Downtown Development Authority.

Mr. Easley received his undergraduate degree in History from the University of the South. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. Mr. Easley and his family reside in Forsyth County, Georgia.
