Associate
Becky Gober is part of the Commercial Real Estate and Banking Group of Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP. Her practice focuses on representing parties in the purchase, sale, lease, financing, entitlement, and development of all types of improved and unimproved commercial real estate, as well as on general corporate matters relevant to such transactions.
Ms. Gober received her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2007. She received her undergraduate degree in 2004 from the University of Georgia, with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a focus on Publication Management.
Ms. Gober was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Georgia in 2007 and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals. Prior to joining MPT, she practiced law for in Northwest Georgia for ten years and worked in the title insurance industry for several years. She and her family reside in Johns Creek, Georgia.
