$55,222,100.00 Publix Tax Value Reduction - Property Tax
In a 2019 appeal of the 2,000,000 plus square foot Publix distribution center in Gwinnett County MPT went to court and won a reduction in the client's tax valuation from $150,222,100.00 down to $95,000,000.00. This reduction yielded the client a tax savings in excess of $2,300,000.00 over the three year period this value is to remain on the property.
