In 2019, MPT brought a challenge to Gwinnett County's tax assessment on a 535 unit apartment complex ultimately bringing its appeal in Superior Court and getting valuation reduced from $83,550,000.00 down to $46,813,000.00. This reduction saved the client $1,546,032.00 in tax savings over the course of the three-year lock period.
