Tyler Boyd is a part of the Commercial Real Estate and Banking Group of Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP. His practice covers a wide variety of legal matters, including commercial real estate transactions, corporate law, lending transactions, and land use.
Mr. Boyd's background is in telecommunications. Prior to law school, he worked to design, structure, and negotiate complex multi-party deals to bring wireless networks to venues like the Country Music Hall of Fame, Churchill Downs, and the One World Trade Center.
Mr. Boyd received his undergraduate degree in Wireless Engineering from Auburn University and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. Mr. Boyd and his family reside in Braselton, Georgia.
