Brady is part of the Commercial Real Estate and Banking Group of Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP. His practice focuses on representing parties in the purchase, sale, lease, financing, entitlement, and development of all types of improved and unimproved commercial real estate, as well as on general corporate matters relevant to such transactions.
Mr. Hughes received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served both as a member of the Editorial Board, and as the Senior Online Editor of the Executive Board on the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. During law school, Mr. Hughes interned for the Honorable J. Randall Hall of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, Augusta Division.
Prior to law school, Mr. Hughes worked as a licensed commercial real estate professional for an Atlanta, Georgia-based commercial brokerage firm that specializes in land and land development transactions. He received his undergraduate degree in 2012 from the University of Georgia, with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Minor in Spanish. He lives in Athens, Georgia.
