Charlotte L. Luu
Charlotte L. Luu is part of the Commercial Real Estate, Corporate, and Commercial Litigation groups of Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP. Ms. Luu’s practice encompasses a wide variety of matters.
In Commercial Real Estate, her practice includes representing parties in the purchase, sale, lease, financing, and development of all types of commercial real estate transactions. It also includes advising property owners and developers of the relevant land use and zoning issues. In addition, Ms. Luu is part of the Corporate group where she advises her clients of all general and specific business matters. Her practice ranges from the identification of the appropriate business entity and the structuring of the corporate governance all the way down to the drafting of bylaws, operating, and sale agreements. Ms. Luu is also part of the Commercial Litigation group where she represents clients who face employment, business, or contract related disputes.
Ms. Luu received her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served as a member of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. During law school, she was involved in the Business Law Society and the Asian Law Students Association. Prior to law school, Ms. Luu received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from the University of Georgia in 2016.
With her business and law background, Ms. Luu prioritizes problem solving by understanding the commercial realities of her clients and values client relationships founded on trust and quality work product.
