Catherine V. Schutz is part of the Litigation Group of Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, including plaintiff tort litigation, commercial and contract litigation, and real estate litigation.

Ms. Schutz received her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law, where she served as a member of the Georgia State University Law Review. During law school, Ms. Schutz clerked for Georgia Supreme Court Justice David E. Nahmias and for the ACLU of Georgia, and participated in the HeLP Legal Services Clinic. Ms. Schutz earned her bachelor's degree with highest honors from the University of Birmingham in England, and holds a master's degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
