Mary Grace Griffin is an associate in the Litigation and Land Use & Rezoning Groups at Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP. Ms. Griffin focuses her practice on civil litigation, including commercial and contract litigation, plaintiff tort litigation, and real estate litigation. She also advises property owners and developers on land use and zoning matters.

Ms. Griffin graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2017. While at Georgia Law, Ms. Griffin participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic where she represented clients in both the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Board of Immigration Appeals. She was an active participant of the UGA Moot Court, competing as a semifinalist in the Georgia Intrastate Moot Court Competition and a quarterfinalist in the Emory Civil Rights & Liberties Moot Court Competition and later coaching a finalist in the Intrastate Competition. Ms. Griffin also served as the Senior Notes Editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and was selected as a Pupil for the Joseph Henry Lumpkin American Inn of Court.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Griffin received her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, with high honors, in Public Relations and Political Science from the University of Georgia where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the Arch Society, and the Palladia Honor Society for Women Leaders. She also served as student body treasurer. Ms. Griffin is originally from Bainbridge, Georgia, and currently resides in Brookhaven, Georgia.
