MPT is pleased to announce that Jessica Pickens will be joining the firm as a new associate in August 2021. Ms. Pickens is currently a third year at the University of Georgia School of Law where she serves on the managerial board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Vice President of the Business Law Society. She earned two bachelor degrees at the University of Georgia, Cum Laude, in 2018. Ms. Pickens previously worked as a judicial intern clerk for the Honorable United States District Court Judge William Ray, III. Additionally, Ms. Pickens has a broad legal background. She has experience assisting in the defense of personal injury claims and capital cases, as well as assistance in plaintiff trial work.
